Y MYNYDD DH TRACK NOW BACK UP AND RUNNING – FULLY OPEN

Cwmdown is one of the original mountain bike uplifts in the UK. Running since 2006, we are here to run you guys to the top of the DH & XC trails at Cwmcarn in South Wales.

With a 250m vertical drop through the epic Cwmcarn landscape, all-weather trails and year round uplift, it’s often seen as one of the definitive UK downhill destinations. Graded Extreme, it offers some steep, technical and challenging trails, whilst still having options for the more intermediate riders.

The South Wales village of Cwmcarn has just been host to the first round of the new National Downhill Series and it did not disappoint. One of the most highly attended British races in a long time, its great to see how alive DH racing still is in this country. Downhill ain’t dead… it was just sleeping…
