Refund terms & conditions
Advance bookings are made soley via our automated on-line booking system and the ticket cost will be charged to your account at the time you make your booking.
If we cancel operations on the day of your booking(e.g. due to weather or operational conditions) we will give you a full refund.
Requesting a cancellation:
Up to eight calendar days before the date for which you are booked:
- You may alter your booking date at no charge subject to availability
- You may cancel and receive a refund to the value of your full day ticket less £5.00 per individual ticket.
Subject to our consent we may be able to transfer your booking to another named person provided prior notice is given before the date for which you are booked.
Occasionally we may need to cancel the uplift service for operational or safety reasons (e.g. snow/ice,high winds,fallen trees). If/when this is necessary we will endevour to contact you and give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. However, we cannot be held liable for any costs such as travel and accommodation you may incur.
